From Versace in Milan, to Rachel Zoe in New York, Thigh and Knee High Boots were all over the runways for Fall 2012. I prefer to style these over skinny jeans, with a ladylike silhouette to add some sixties flair (which is in for Fall as well), or for pairing with oversized
cashmere.
